Situation Analysis: Tasked with organizing the 20th-anniversary events for Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar.
Strategy & Implementation: Despite limited resources, our team successfully developed, designed, and implemented the anniversary events, including a gala, historic video, book, and commencement event.

VIRGINIA TECH - COMMUNICATING TO DIVERSE AUDIENCES FOR INCLUSIVITY

THURGOOD MARSHALL COLLEGE FUND REBRANDING
Situation Analysis: Played a pivotal role in initiatives to increase visibility for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) amidst low name recognition.
Strategy & Implementation: In preparation for TMCF's 25th anniversary, collaborated with a renowned PR firm to rebrand the organization, resulting in a new tagline and logo modifications.
Results: The new brand, "Where Education Pays Off," signified TMCF's commitment to education and yielded positive results, positioning the organization for continued success.
AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION TOOLKIT DEVELOPMENT
Situation Analysis: Provided comprehensive toolkits to the American Lung Association for clear messaging, crisis navigation, and alignment with signature programs.
Strategy & Implementation: Curated toolkits included professional development training on presenting and connecting with the press, supporting the association's initiatives.
